Cassie has been Arrested and sat onto a chair with her hands locked behind her back in speedcuffs but the policewoman had cleave gagged her ? this doesn’t seem like a normal procedure .
But there seems to be a problem as the cuffs haven’t been locked on those tiny wrists as tight as they should be . Policewoman Victoria is so distracted by her mobile phone she doesn’t see Cassie slip her wrists out , Cassie slips the gag from her mouth and pounces on Victoria and places her hand over her mouth Hand gagging her quickly so there is no sound.
She pushes Victoria on the bed and uses her own speedcuffs to lock her wrists behind her back but Cassie tightens them properly.
